PADI FREEDIVER

Taking the PADI Freediver Course is your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the surface. This course is most popular course to learn to freedive as it has theory, pool and open water sections.

The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:

  2. Confined water session to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea.

  3. Open water sessions to practice free immersion and constant weight freedives, plus proper buddy procedures.

You learn to use a freediving mask, snorkel and fins. To sign up for the PADI Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old. No prior experience with snorkelling, skin diving or freediving is required. Certification Included.
