For students that have completed (or started) a course to refresh your freediving skills.

 

You will refresh freediving principles and focus on practising breathhold techniques in a pool.

You will refresh your static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures. 

Refresh your use of a freediving mask, snorkel, fins and other freediving equipment.

 

To signup for the refresher you must be 12 years old or older. Previous course experience required.

Does not include certification.
