POOL FREEDIVER COURSE
A LEVEL 1 COURSE
THEORY & POOL (2 DAYS)
The Pool Freediver course is a great first step for developing solid freediving skills. You learn freediving principles and focus on practising breathhold techniques in a pool over 2 days including a day at SEALAB 5m Pool.
The Pool Freediver course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge development about freediving principles through PADI Freediver eLearning.

Day 1 - Pool sessions to learn breathhold techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea.

Day 2 - Pool sessions to further develop your freediving skills and professional photo session (SEALAB).
You learn to use a freediving mask, snorkel and fins. To sign up for the Pool Freediver course you must be at least 12 years old. No prior experience with snorkelling, skin diving or freediving is required. All gear included. Certification Included.
For the Pool Freediver course you will receive the PADI Basic Freediver or Molchanovs Lap 1 Certification.
Optional return van service is available to SEALAB from Bangkok Freedivers for Day 2.
You can also upgrade and add an additional day after your pool sessions if you would like to go to open water to complete the full PADI Freediver or Molchanovs Wave 1 certification. The additional fee will be 2990 THB plus the boat fee for open water. Contact us if you would like to upgrade.

THEORY
Knowledge development through a online session (e-learning) where you learn about freediving theory, breathhold techniques, freediving skills and much more.

POOL DAY 1
Pool sessions to learn further breathhold and freediving techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures. Day 1 will be at our freediving center pool.

3
POOL DAY 2
Pool sessions to further develop your skills including ducks dives, equalization, free immersion and constant weight. Day 2 will be at SEALAB pool and include a professional photographer.
